On June 30, 2019, a Silver Alert was issued for 45-year-old Patricia Ann Macchia. Macchia went missing in Burlington, North Carolina and was found safe 300 miles away in Washington, DC.

BURLINGTON — A Silver Alert issued for a woman missing since June has been canceled.
Patricia Ann Macchia, 45, was found unharmed, the Burlington Police Department said.
Macchia is white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Macchia was last seen by a friend on June 30 . She was wearing a gray shirt, black shorts and gray tennis shoes. There is no indication that foul play is involved, police said in the release.
A Silver Alert has been issued by the North Carolina Department of Public Safety. Macchia is believed to suffer from a form of cognitive impairment.
On August 6, 2019, a Silver Alert was issued for 86-year-old Grace Koath. Koath went missing near Algonquin, Illinois and was found safe 80 miles away in Milton, Wisconsin.

Authorities have canceled a Silver Alert for an 86-year-old Illinois woman who was spotted in Milton, Wisconsin, on Wednesday morning.
Grace Koath was reported missing from her home in Algonquin, Illinois, on Tuesday, according to the statewide alert.
Koath used a bank card at the Mini Mart in Milton at 9:11 a.m. Wednesday. She asked a clerk at the store for directions to nearby Edgerton, according to the alert.
Koath was found safe, according to an update issued at 3:06 p.m. Wednesday.
On July 25, 2019, a Silver Alert was issued for 89-year-old Wesley Collins. Collins went missing in Nowata County, Oklahoma and was safe 150 miles away in Wichita, Kansas.

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – The Nowata County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for 89-year-old Wesley Collins.
